"Recharge" from the ground up with a special Easter class. Enjoy spring cleaning as we open the heart, hips, and spine. All levels welcome. Class will be lead by Kate Crews-Linsley with the amazing James Hardy playing live music. Register in advance at CCY or just come on in Easter Sunday!

| Schedule Update Including new Classes! 
We are very excited to introduce some new classes to the schedule, including some of the old favorites which have moved to the new rEvolution studio, just downstairs from the 9th & 9th studio. Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:10AM will be a zen meditation hour with KC Sato. Check out Yoga Groove, now 4 times a week in the new rEvolution studio. We're also adding a brand new Yoga, Drum & Dance Saturday afternoons at 2:30 in rEvolution.
Also please note the following, if you have a paper schedule from the studio.
Monday Power Unplugged with Kate is in Surya, not rEvolution. Wednesday Power 1 with Kate is at 7:15pm, not 7:05pm. Saturday Yoga Kids with Claudette is in rEvolution, not Chandra. Saturday Yin Yoga with Sarah-Elizabeth is in Surya, not rEvolution. |
