In the Community Inbody Outreach   VIOCES: Stories from Survivors of Sexual Violence communtiy art project is sponsored in part by Inbody Outreach with an art installation created by our own Daisy Johnson. Yoga Nidra with Adrienne  Meaning, "yogic sleep" in Sanskrit, this deeply restful practice addresses each of the subtle body layers, the koshas, in a specific order to access the true inner self. RESTORE WITH LUCY SUNDAY 1/2/11

Hello Beautiful Friends,

Happy New Year. I am so happy to be able to start 2011 with a simple, grounding, music-filled Restore class on Sunday, January 2 from 2-4 p.m. We haven't gathered for one of these classes in some time, so I am so looking forward to seeing you and sharing our first steps into the new year together.

Please join me at Centered City Yoga's Millcreek studio, 1550 East, 3300 South. Cost is $20, but please know if your funds are tight, I would love your presence to be your contribution.
